+There was a time when birds were not afraid of humans. There was also a time when humans were not afraid of nature. In my images, I create scenes that explore scenes of flight, gravity, fear, help and purity. To make these images I photograph people in natural environments and use pencil and paint to insert birds, bugs, and other details into the scenes. In drawing creatures and objects into these photographs, I am trying to show my daydream of the relationship between humans, winged things, and landscape. These imaginary situations represent a place where humans are not superior to other creatures and these creatures do not fear humans+
